A recognized leader in L&D, Andrew Jacobs founded Llarn Learning and is known for his innovative thinking about learning, training and technology. He has significant experience in a range of roles across learning, training, and people development. Andrew started in training roles in the banking industry. He followed that in competency and assessment with the London Fire Brigade. A return to the private sector as a Learning and Development manager in retail was next, before Andrew moved into the public sector in 2009 in first local government, and more lately, in central government.

Chris Tompkins

VP, Business Development, Watershed & Rustici Software

Chris Tompkins is an expert in the eLearning standards (like SCORM and xAPI) and uses his technical expertise to support eLearning RFP and procurement. He has an MBA from Belmont University, focused on Entrepreneurship and Negotiations. Building on previous work at HP/Compaq and XM Satellite Radio, he has more than 20 years of experience matching the right technical solution to a client’s needs.
